Our Programs

Our cottage school is a full time academic program for grades K-5. Our family-style, mostly outdoor learning program is a great fit for kids who need movement, play, and fresh air to learn best.

~Monday-Friday 9:00-3:00 (includes Adventure Day)

~Family-style, literature-driven curriculum

~Individual or small group instruction in math and reading

~Complete academic program— like homeschooling, but with the cool aunties who know all about bugs and snakes

~Currently grades K-5 (with plans to grow into the middle and high school grades)

Got a child who loves to play outside, and needs a pack of friends who won’t bail just because it’s cold or rainy? You’ve come to the right place. Join us every Thursday for hikes and adventures, in every season, no matter the weather.

~Thursday 9:00-3:00

~Emphasis on mixed-age play and exploration, while exploring and learning about nature together

~Members of our community are invited to join our cottage school crew on academic field trips to historic sites, museums, art events, and more.

~Ages 5-10

Is your child a little too young for our drop-off programs? Do you just want to come along and play too? (We don’t blame you!) We welcome families to join our community and caravan with us on adventures and field trips. New to adventuring outdoors with babies and young kids? We’ll help you find your way.
